These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the city of London for the resolution of any disputes.

Holiday Giveaway Terms and Conditions
- The giveaway prize is provided by: The Getaway Co. LLC whose registered office is at Nidelbadstrasse 2a, 8038, Zurich, Switzerland.
- The giveaway is open to residents of any country aged 21 years or over except employees of The Getaway Co. LLC and The Plant-Based Bundle and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organizations.
- Participants will be automatically entered into the draw with the purchase of The Plant-Based Bundle.
- By purchasing the Plant-Based Bundle, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Closing date for entry will be July 11, 2022. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
● The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
● The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- The prize is as follows:
● The prize is defined as one Regular Single Package to any of The Getaway Co.’s fall 2022 offerings, which include trips to: Switzerland (September 17-24), Portugal (October 1-8), Bali (October 19-29) and Bali (November 5-15).
● The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. If the winner would like to attend with a partner or friend, the prize can be converted to a double package or to one half of a couples package.
- Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the promoter and/ or its agents.
- The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The promoter will inform the winner as to how to proceed with the trip booking process.
- The promoter’s decision with respect to all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Swiss law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Swiss data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: info@thegetawayco.com.
